The expansion is sited alongside Phase 1 on the west bank of the Calcasieu Ship Channel near Cameron, Louisiana, with direct deep-water access to the Gulf and proximity to existing pipeline infrastructure.

Construction traffic

Managing local impacts

Construction logistics, including the park-and-ride program developed with the Cameron Parish Police Jury, are designed to keep heavy traffic off residential roads and improve safety for residents. Details are on the Community page.
